Precision Pipe Cutting
Our CNC-capable cutting equipment handles lengths up to 21 feet and diameters from 1/8″ through 36″. We cut carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, PVC, and specialty alloys to your exact specifications. Every cut is verified for accuracy before it leaves our shop.
Roll Grooving
Designed to improve speed and efficiency for sprinkler, HVAC, and mechanical piping installations, our grooving equipment handles pipe up to 24″ in diameter. Grooved connections provide faster installation, easier maintenance access, and vibration absorption — critical for commercial and institutional mechanical systems.
Pipe Threading
From standard NPT threads to specialty configurations, we thread pipe in diameters ranging from 1/8″ through 20″. Threaded connections provide reliable, leak-proof seals for systems transporting liquids, gases, steam, and hydraulic fluid. All threads are cut to ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 standards.
